On August 12, 2026, the Rotary Club of Cubao, QC hosted a highly impactful Membership Development Session focused on strengthening the heart of our club: our people. Centered around the theme "Beyond Membership: The Secret to Engagement, Retention & Sustainable Growth." The activity provided invaluable insights into building a vibrant, connected, and enduring Rotary community.

We were honored to welcome Past President (PP) Joan Policarpio, Zone 10A Assistant Regional Membership Coordinator as our distinguished resource speaker. PP Joan shared actionable strategies and inspiring perspectives on how to look past mere recruitment numbers, emphasizing meaningful member engagement and strategic retention as the real keys to long-term success.

The session saw enthusiastic participation from our seasoned members and served as a vital orientation and grounding experience for our new Rotarians. Equipping both new and long-standing members with a shared vision for sustainable growth, the Rotary Club of Cubao, QC continues to reinforce its commitment to service, fellowship, and effective leadership.
